Welcome to Storivy.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.storivy.com and our mobile application (“App”), together referred to as the “Services”, provided by REKLAM BEŞ TANITIM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ DANIŞMANLIK TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Storivy.

 

1. Eligibility

Storivy is intended for use by adults, such as parents, guardians, or educators, who use the Services on behalf of children. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Description of the Services

Storivy is a freemium storytelling platform that allows eligible users to create personalized bedtime stories and access selected pre-made story content through the App.

Users may provide inputs such as a child’s name, age, preferences, selected themes, and optional profile images in order to personalize the story experience.

The website may be used to learn about the App, access support information, review legal documents, and manage certain account-related matters where available.

 

3. User Accounts

Certain features require an account.

By creating or using an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• keep your login credentials secure
• remain responsible for activity under your account

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or operational risks.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation
• creates, requests, uploads, or distributes harmful, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate content
• interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Services
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity
• endangers, exploits, or harms minors in any way

We may remove content, restrict access, or take other appropriate action if we determine that these Terms have been violated.

 

5. Free Access, Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Storivy operates on a freemium model.

Without a paid subscription, users may access the App, sign in, view and listen to previously created stories, access already unlocked content, and use any credits already available in their account. Access to new story generation, additional premium pre-made content, and additional credits may be limited without an active subscription. Users may also use any existing credits in their account without an active subscription, subject to feature availability within the App.

 

A. Subscriptions

Storivy may offer auto-renewable subscriptions on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, depending on platform availability.

An active subscription provides recurring credits during each billing period and access to certain premium features within the App.

Subscription credits are added to the user’s account on a recurring basis while the subscription remains active. If the subscription ends or is canceled, no new subscription credits will be added going forward. However, credits already added to the account remain available for use and do not expire.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account or Google Play account, as applicable, at confirmation of purchase. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings, as applicable.

 

B. Credits

Credits are used within the App to generate personalized stories or unlock certain pre-made content.

Credits may be granted as part of the App’s free experience, added through an active subscription, or purchased separately where available under the user’s current plan or eligibility.

Credits do not expire. Credits already present in a user’s account remain available for use even if the user cancels or does not renew a subscription.

Credits are consumed when used for eligible in-app actions. Once consumed, they are deducted from the account balance.

 

C. Additional Credit Purchases

Where available, users may purchase additional credit packs through in-app purchases. Additional credit purchases are available only to users with an active subscription. Availability may also depend on the user’s current plan or product structure within the App.

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable except where refund rights are required by applicable law or by the billing platform’s own rules.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the software, interface, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other platform materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any part of the Services
• use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• exploit the Services for commercial purposes without prior written authorization

 

7. Generated Content and AI Functionality

Storivy uses automated and AI-assisted technologies to generate stories and related content based on user-provided inputs.

By using the Services, you understand and agree that:

• generated content is created automatically based on your inputs
• generated content may not always be fully accurate, complete, or suitable in every context
• you are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with a child
• we do not guarantee that generated output will always meet your expectations or be appropriate in all circumstances

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, subject to any rights necessary for us to operate the Services. We process your inputs solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Child-related information is expected to be submitted only by an adult user acting on the child’s behalf.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us through the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates legal, regulatory, operational, or security risk
• we are required to do so by law, court order, or competent authority

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request deletion of your account where such functionality or support process is available.

 

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of another jurisdiction apply and cannot be excluded.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
